It was good. Even though the driver only spoke roughly English, he tried his best to communicate with us. There were 8 of us on the trip; two Thais and the rest were Chinese. There were some misunderstandings with the itinerary, especially regarding the Fairy Valley and Tiankeng (Heavenly Pit), but we managed to keep up with the others in the group. The price included the park entrance fee, with only a few small charges for transportation. It was worth it! I recommend it!

Our Driver Brother Qiang is very helpful, friendly and explained a lot to us.  we enjoyed the time spent with Brother Qiang in the car.  And it was snowing for 2-3 days before our arrival, so the Fairy Mountain was covered with snow.  it was so beautiful and fun to do snow sledging

I went with my mom, and the experience was 10/10. It was 100% worth it. The set design perfectly captures what happened, and the staff is very friendly. They don't speak much English, but they do their best to help. Don't forget to pick up the English headphones; they do offer refunds.

I can’t praise the overall experience any better. It was amazingly beautiful, well-organized, and they were right when they said it was a feast. It was a food extravaganza with a show happening simultaneously. The experience was beautifully executed.

We loved it! We paid a little extra for seats on the upper deck, with drinks, snacks, and fruit included. And we thoroughly enjoyed admiring the city at night from the water. We set sail at 7:40 PM and saw the city light up at 8:00 AM. And at 8:30 PM, the drone show started, and it was absolutely beautiful to watch from the water!
