10/10 Experience! We had Mr. Peng as our private driver and it was great. For anyone considering this service, it's important to have the right expectations. Think of this as hiring a private driver rather than booking individual DiDi rides, not as hiring a traditional tour guide. We designed and customized our own itinerary with six stops and spent as much or as little time at each location as we wanted. Don't expect detailed historical explanations. Instead, be proactive in researching your destinations and be comfortable communicating through WeChat for pickups, drop-offs, and changes in plans. We knew what we wanted to see and photograph, and researched the history ourselves. With the right mindset, this is absolutely a 10/10 service!Trip.com picks
