Beauty, the instructor, is incredibly engaging and enthusiastic. She's also very helpful with taking photos, and speaks fluent Chinese! The cooking lessons are simple and easy to understand. You can adjust the saltiness and spiciness to your liking, and the process is fun. They even provide a recipe! I highly recommend everyone try it.★

Today's training session was at Grandma's Home Cooking, a popular Thai cooking school in Chiang Mai. From the experience, operations, environment, and service, everything was impeccable. It felt like there was a big Chinese investor behind the scenes. Overall, it was a great experience. The half-day itinerary started with going to the market to identify ingredients, then learning to grow herbs in the small garden, followed by learning three traditional Thai dishes: Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, and Curry Chicken. We cooked and tasted as we went, and finally, my favorite mango sticky rice was served. I went home feeling completely satisfied! 😌😋🎉★

Great experience at Siam school. Very responsive on WhatsApp to organise travel and pick up. The school is outside the city so you will be travelling for 30 minutes each way. We were taken to a market where they explained the types of produce and we purchased some good fruits. We then made our way to the cooking school where they first showed us herbs from the garden and what it is used for. Then were served some fruits and drinks. The people who teach you cooking are very informative, patient and funny. You are guided at each step of the way and you end up realising it actually isn’t that tricky. Great experience , would 100% recommend. Gift was great at telling us about everything. Also, if you love dogs, they have 3 amazing dogs. The golden retriever was lovely.★
