Andrea was an amazing guide. Lots of local and historical knowledge shared. My son and I loved having her as our guide. We asked a lot of questions about Xi’an, the warriors and the temple and she answered all of them happily. I would book with her again.

While in Xi’an, my partner and I wanted to see the Terracotta Army but from our research understood there is minimal English explanations and opted to book a group Tour. This particular tour stood out on Trip.com for its excellent reviews and being affordable. Once booked I was immediately contacted by the tour company giving very clear instructions on where to meet and how to get there, and informing us who our guide would be. We arrived a met our guide Louis who was very approachable, friendly yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. His English was excellent and the ear pieces he provided for the tour were top quality. There were 6 of us in total, but he hosts up to 8 on a tour, still being much smaller than most other tours. He gave us excellent photo opportunities, took group pictures, answered all our questions relating to the Army and wider Xi’an and Chinese history. This was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it to get the best out of your day.

Our guide Angie is the best! She is very knowledgable and friendly. Her stories are very detailed yet engaging. We really enjoy the tour with Angie. The driver is also very nice.

Chelsea was our guide, and her English was very good. She is also very knowledgeable about the history of Xi’An and of China in general. For the Terracotta Warrior exhibition, she knows how to schedule the visit such that we avoid the crowds and had a good view of the warriors.
