Reviews: Shanghai Tower - 118th floor Top of Shanghai Observatory (optional 119th floor Café buffet diner/afternoon tea - 125th floor damper science exhibition + 126th floor light show)
Guest User2026-10-17
Very convenient to purchase, great view of the buffet, however the food is really average. Overall suitable for people who go to check-in and dine at the same time. The show on floors 125-126 is worth a look.

Reviews: Shanghai Tower J Hotel high-altitude restaurant 101 Centouno Italian buffet
Guest User2026-03-30
We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Shanghai 101 (Centouno) inside the J Hotel Shanghai Tower. The high-altitude buffet was delicious beyond words! You can find every kind of seafood your heart desires, including premium black caviar. The selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks was also excellent. The view from the 101st floor is simply breathtaking. However, a quick tip for travelers: check the weather forecast before booking. On cloudy days, the city below disappears and you find yourself literally dining above the clouds! The staff were highly professional, and the chefs deserve a special mention—the food was cooked to perfection. If I could, I would rate this place 100 out of 10. It is worth every single penny!

Our guide, Joy, was excellent and available for an unforgettable tour of Shanghai. Her excellent command of English allowed us to fully follow all the explanations about the city and Chinese customs and lifestyle.
