Erhai Lake is absolutely stunning! However, weather is crucial; a cloudy day would significantly diminish its beauty. We were lucky to avoid rain. The driver was contacted in advance and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the sights along the way, answered all our questions, and explained the local customs and culture of Dali. He was patient, enthusiastic, and humorous throughout the trip. I especially want to commend the driver's sense of responsibility. When we got out of the car, I carelessly left something behind, and I needed to go to the airport the next day for my return trip. After contacting him, he immediately arranged for a courier service. I'm incredibly grateful! Thumbs up!

The driver, Xiao Lu, enthusiastically advised us on places to visit and didn't mind taking us to many places and running late. The tour was great! Everyone should give it a try.

Overall, it was pretty good! The only downside was the long journey and limited time at the attractions – something the driver had mentioned beforehand. Driving and waiting the whole way was definitely not easy, so mutual understanding is key. The scenery was quite nice though! Coming all the way from Lijiang on my own would have been a real hassle.

Our driver/guide took us tourists from different cities around the world, sharing a lot about local customs and culture. The experience was fantastic; the day trip wasn't tiring at all, and we thoroughly enjoyed each place we visited. He also recommended great value local specialties and helped us avoid some tourist traps. It's rare to find a driver/guide who is so considerate and thoughtful in making arrangements for their guests. The value for money was also excellent. As out-of-towners, we felt the warmth and hospitality of the locals. We'll definitely choose this company again next time we go to Shangri-La.
