The tour guide added me on WhatsApp and said the weather wasn't great, so they upgraded me to a powered paraglider for free. They said it's better to fly in the morning or afternoon; the driver would pick me up at 7 am. Just bring your passport and a photo; you can wear whatever clothes and shoes you like. It was my first time flying, and I recorded it myself with my GoPro, which was a lot of fun. The Nha Trang coastline is beautiful. The base has water, drinks, and snacks. The video was directly transferred to my phone, and afterwards, they gave me a certificate and a gift. It was a fantastic experience, and the price was great—very good value.

We were part of a 20 people group and the focus was on cental area. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. At some point we decided to explore the side areas on our own. It’s quite hot and the place is huge, better take an umbrella with you.

Super convenient and time-saving, the flight time of 1 hour and 15 minutes was excellent! The price was acceptable, making it ideal for passengers traveling to Hong Kong Island. The seats were comfortable, and the staff were polite and proactive in helping with seating.

Of all the places we booked online, this was the most worthwhile. There was no pressure to buy anything or push sales, and they weren't grumpy even if you didn't buy anything. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. A bag of bananas cost 100 NTD to feed the elephants, which was more expensive than elsewhere, but it was a worthwhile experience. A large photo with three angles cost 400 NTD, and the photos were very good – much cheaper than at many tourist attractions. We bought some; you can assess whether you need them.

There were 7 of us traveling together. Initially, the van that picked us up was very old, but the driver offered to stop and switch us to a newer, more comfortable van. The driver was younger but drove well and wasn't reckless, although he played loud music. Thankfully, the music was pleasant. Overall, the service was good and on time. Traveling to Bingfenggou was much more convenient than taking the train. The journey there was okay, but the return trip, with the van we could comfortably sleep in, was definitely better than having to travel by train.
