road to shangrila is really nice. good view. and going back to lijiang is also fantastic view in the van is anazing. every stop up over jave a great spot. something new. the driver is really friendly. thank you!!

The tour was nice, we saw beautiful places but the guide was not speaking english at all. The first stop to see the bend of the river was not done. We had to pay some extras for wearing local costumes and riding horses around Napa area. If you don’t pay, then you have 2 hours free but there is nothing much to do around except pictures with horses. But the meal was included with local food and a dance show. At the end, it was a nice day but don’t expect to learn information about the places you will see if you don’t speak chinese.

The driver doesn’t speak English but he is making an effort to communicate with us. The itinerary was great, we were dropped off near our hotel in the ancient city.

We were lucky enough to witness the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains. Our tour leader was incredibly enthusiastic and wonderful, patiently explaining everything to us. Although getting up at dawn was tiring, the entire trip was well worth it!
