This trip was absolutely worthwhile! Our driver, Sister Hong Shibao, left a deep impression on us throughout the journey. She was not only cheerful and friendly, like an old friend, always making us feel warm and at ease; but her driving skills were also incredibly stable. Whether on rugged mountain roads or smooth highways, she handled everything with ease, providing us with unparalleled peace of mind. During this trip, we visited many breathtaking scenic spots, each one captivating. Tiger Leaping Gorge, in particular, left an unforgettable impression with its magnificent scenery. Standing on the edge of the gorge, overlooking the rushing river, feeling the mountain breeze on our faces, it felt like being inside a beautiful painting. At that moment, my soul was deeply awestruck by the wonders of nature; the sight before me made me exclaim in admiration—it was truly a masterpiece of nature, breathtaking! This trip was more than just a simple sightseeing; it was a spiritual cleansing. Under Sister Hong Shibao's guidance, we traversed many beautiful landscapes, experienced different cultures, and felt the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature. Each attraction exudes a unique charm, captivating visitors and leaving a lasting impression. In short, this trip was undoubtedly a journey full of surprises and touching moments, well worth experiencing for every travel enthusiast!

I was very satisfied with this tour. Our driver, Ming, was humorous and considerate; he stopped to let us take pictures when we saw beautiful scenery along the way, and he drove steadily. Tiger Leaping Gorge is magnificent and well worth the visit. The biggest surprise was Baishuitai, it was absolutely stunning! If you're passing through Shangri-La, you must see it, it's incredibly beautiful! Ming's license plate number is attached in the picture.

Had a wonderful day hiking to Abujicuo. The trail was gorgeous, and although it was a busy holiday season, the guides were diligent and made our experience feel special. I was in a small group with a friend of mine and two other hikers. Unfortunately, my friend suddenly experienced altitude sickness partway through the hike. The guides were so helpful and kind, and helped her get back to the hotel so she could descend and rest. I was able to complete the hike and am so glad I did! Absolutely stunning. We got tons of great pictures and even more memories to cherish. Oh, and lunch was delicious, too! Thanks so much!

Five-star review! This small group tour from Lijiang Old Town to Tiger Leaping Gorge to Shangri-La was a delightful experience from start to finish. Special praise goes to Ctrip customer service representative Xiaoyue and driver Si Yalei! It was the most enjoyable day of my trip in Yunnan! Throughout the booking and communication process, we were incredibly grateful to customer service representative Xiaoyue. She responded promptly and patiently to our inquiries about the itinerary and adjustments to our travel needs, clearly explaining the route and precautions for traveling in high-altitude areas. She helped us avoid potential problems in advance, providing thoughtful and reliable pre-sales service, making the entire booking process worry-free. Special praise goes to driver Si Yalei! The Lijiang-Shangri-La route involves many winding and treacherous mountain roads, but the driver's skillful and steady driving ensured that I didn't experience any motion sickness. The vehicle was clean and odor-free, and he proactively helped with our luggage. He knew many less-traveled scenic spots along the way and proactively stopped to take us to see the stunning views of Tiger Leaping Gorge. He provided detailed explanations of the Jinsha River Gorge, Tibetan customs and culture, and offered helpful tips on preventing altitude sickness and avoiding local scams. The entire trip is a pure sightseeing tour with no shopping or hidden sales pitches. The itinerary is relaxed, with ample time allocated for each attraction. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout. The service was top-notch throughout. From the customer service representatives who assisted with the initial contact to the accompanying driver, everyone was highly professional. I highly recommend this company for your trip to Lijiang and Shangri-La, and I'll definitely choose Ctrip again for my next trip!
