Tour guide Lisa was great to guide us to the forbidden city. We learned a lot of the history of it and she was very friendly and professional.

We spent the afternoon with tour guide Jin at the Forbidden City. We were on a tour organized by the "Painting Tour" travel agency. Tour guide Jin was very interesting. Her interactive explanations sparked the children's interest. She was humorous and witty, and everyone was willing to listen. Following her, we got a preliminary understanding of the Forbidden City's charm. We would definitely like to come again next time!

I was fortunate enough to join a half-day tour of the Forbidden City and follow our guide, Song. He led us along the main routes, recounting rich and vivid historical anecdotes. He also answered our questions, ensuring we didn't just rush through the Forbidden City and saving us the trouble of scrambling for tickets. Highly recommended!

I was considering whether to visit the City myself or with a group, and I am happy I chose the latter! The tour was simply amazing, I definitely recommend booking it. There are three factors contributing to this. First, the groups are quite small, making for a more streamlined visit. Second, the ease of an organised event - not having to worry about tickets, where to go,... Finally, and most importantly, an incredible guide: Vanessa. Apparently, Vanessa has been a guide since 2011. This shows in the expertise of her guiding. Not only is her tour structured and well paced, she pays attention to small details as well. She is regularly counting to make sure no one is missing, even while explaining. I asked a question about heating and she made a small detour a dozen minutes later to show a heating entry. Despite coming to the end of the program, she stayed to show some extra elements. And the list goes on. If you can choose your guide, choose Vanessa!

For our private parent-child tour of the Forbidden City, Teacher Yang delivered an incredibly informative and professional explanation, covering everything from historical culture to ancient architectural knowledge. She also kindly took many beautiful photos for us. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this tour guide!

This trip to Beijing was incredibly fortunate; I met Director Yuan, and I must give him a huge thumbs up! Director Yuan's explanations were truly phenomenal. His profound historical knowledge allowed him to narrate the history from ancient times to the present, vividly portraying the solemnity and grandeur of the capital. The Forbidden City, which I had only seen on television before, came alive under his guidance, bringing its red walls and yellow tiles to life. He explained the architectural regulations, court culture, and historical context of the Forbidden City clearly and engagingly, without being dry or perfunctory. Every detail was explained clearly, allowing us to truly understand the cultural heritage of the Forbidden City. I was completely captivated and gained so much from the presentation. Highly recommended!
