I was very excited about this service, however, there are still many points to praise and criticize. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly and attentively, and they picked me up even though I was staying at a hotel far outside the free zone. Everything was very good. However, our driver wasn't very enthusiastic. He only dropped us off at one or two stops, and they were only about 200 meters apart, so we weren't really chasing the hot air balloon. Furthermore, he was often chatting with other drivers and didn't pay much attention to us. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the schedule was about 70% similar to what they described.

What can I say but just fabulous from start to finish. I’d double booked with another company. Wife booked and I booked one. Both turned up, but I didn’t know. This one I booked went out the way to make sure we were found transported across and got on individually onto our ATV’s . Service was second to none from start to finish. My wife who hadn’t driven was given the time to get used to it slowly but they accommodated for that and arranged everything safely and accordingly. Great trip out to 2 panoramic locations. Excellent service throughout. Would definitely recommend Khan and colleagues. Well done
