Our driver for the day was Mr Yang. He is an amazing driver and he made sure the trip went smoothly. He is a very kind and helpful person. Even though he doesn't speak English, he tries to make friendly conversation with his translation app and he regularly asks feedback to check if we agree with his plans etc. His driving style is very good, he knows the roads well and drives very steadily so it's easy to relax or fall asleep when you're tired. He has a nice car with a lot of leg space. When we arrived in Jinshanling, mr Yang helped us to buy tickets to access the Great Wall and the shuttlebus, which was helpful. His instructions were very clear so it was easy to find him after we were done hiking the wall. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend. Everything was exactly as explained in the itinerary description 10/10

Divina was a great (and hilarious!) guide and made the long bus ride go by fast. I have done other sections of the Great Wall before but really wanted to try Jinshanling and found that this was one of the most reasonably priced and easy to schedule tours to do so! Would highly recommend and definitely will consider other Zanbus tours in the future!

The chosen location was truly fantastic. Anyone who enjoys walking and hiking will find an incredibly beautiful landscape here, with countless stunning views and a seemingly endless walk along the wall! Unfortunately, we had terrible luck with our driver, who tried to charge extra for the toll, which was included in the fare. As a result, he drove on country roads most of the way. This meant the journey took three hours instead of two, and therefore less time on the wall. The same thing happened on the return trip; he even tried to charge us the toll because we had exceeded the 10-hour limit. He also charged us more for the cable car than it actually cost.

An exceptional excursion that I highly recommend! Everything was perfectly organized. I was fortunate to be accompanied by Jimmy, a passionate, friendly, and very professional guide. He made the day particularly interesting thanks to his numerous explanations about Chinese history and culture. Discovering the Great Wall and its magnificent landscapes was one of the highlights of my trip to China. The nighttime visit was a truly impressive and unforgettable experience. Mark was an amazing guy to deal with. Genuine and went above and beyond to help us even after we done the trip listed. He continued to keep in contact with us to help us do other activities and kept checking rhat we were alright. He became a great guy to reach out to about anything we needed when we found ourselves stuck in beijing. Highly recommend
