Your passport must be valid for at least six months during your trip and meet the entry and exit or other requirements of the countries you are traveling to (Singapore and Indonesia).
Each passenger may check in baggage weighing no more than 20 kg. You will need to present your boarding pass and passport at the baggage check-in counter at least 30 minutes in advance.
Each passenger may bring no more than 10 kg of carry-on baggage (size: 55cm x 40cm x 20cm) on board.
Passengers should ensure they have sufficient time for boarding and other procedures. Batam Fast Ferry, Ctrip, Trip.com, and their agents are not liable for any passenger who is unable to board on time due to immigration issues or other reasons.
Passengers departing from Changi Airport on international flights should ensure that their return ferry from Batam arrives at least 5 hours before their flight's departure time. Unexpected delays may occur due to inclement weather, security checks by local authorities, or any force majeure event. Batam Fast Ferry, Ctrip, Trip.com, and their agents are not liable for any delays caused by insufficient layover time.
