We booked late last night, but the driver contacted me early this morning and arrived 20 minutes early to pick us up. He was incredibly punctual. The car was spacious, and the driver's skills were superb; he drove very smoothly. Mr. Yang was very talkative, introducing us to the customs and culture of Yunnan along the way. A former soldier, he was clean and efficient, and the car was impeccably tidy. He also thoughtfully provided us with bottled water, tissues, hot water, and trash bags. This was truly a great choice; our whole family was extremely happy 🥳. Overall, it was fantastic, great value for money, excellent service, and a wonderful experience.

The schedule was well managed in advance of the booking. Since the city tour was included, they asked about the places I wanted to visit and actively reflected my preferences. The driver arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled time for pickup, and the condition of the vehicle was excellent. Although the driver did not speak English, he made a great effort to communicate using a translation app. The scenery at 석림 was absolutely amazing. There is a lot of walking involved, so comfortable sneakers are a must. Sunglasses and sunscreen are also essential. When I mentioned that I wanted to try local food, the driver recommended a mushroom soup, which was delicious. In particular, the cheese-like dish made from cow’s milk is a must-try. Traffic congestion in Kunming is quite severe. It is better to avoid visiting the Douyin Flower Market on weekends. and consider other city attractions instead.

Our first day in Kunming was a wonderful experience. The scenery was beautiful, and the family tour we booked made it even better. The car was comfortable, and the driver was incredibly friendly and attentive, carefully checking the temperature inside the car and chatting with us about Yunnan's various customs, traditions, and local specialties. Thumbs up to Mr. Liu! In short, our wonderful first day was made possible by this fantastic day trip.
