Arranged to meet Lily while I had an afternoon free. Lily was really helpful in advance and provided me with a flexible tour based on my needs. She was very supportive and met me at my location before starting the tour which was fantastic as i got to see Shanghai's old and new attractions. She also helped me find halal locations for food.
All in all a worthwhile trip which i would highly recommend to others.

My child and I took a half day morning tour before fight departure. Sunny was an excellent tour guide. She was able to accommodate our customized plan. We even changed our pick-up destination given a short 1-hour notice to her before the driver arrived. It was so smoothly arranged. Sunny went on feet to meet us at Pearl Tower instead and walked us to Shanghai Tower where she showed us through the city view at the observation deck.
