A pleasant experience! The facility is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. I would especially recommend this activity to families with children: we had fun, but if you're looking for something extreme or particularly adrenaline-filled, it might not be what you're looking for.★

Lucas was an amazing guide and driver! We felt safe, well taken care of, and entertained the entire time. He easily adapted to our group’s needs — we wanted to see a lot but only walk a little due to some physical limitations — and he made everything smooth and enjoyable. I truly recommend this tour!★

This trip to Mount Rainier was pleasant as the weather was fine, with sunshine and no rain or strong winds. The driver was well prepared for the journey, offering walking sticks for walkers who may encounter challenges to the hikes up and down the various scenic spots on the Mt Rainier journey. He did a respectable commentary throughout the journey. The seating is a rather tight. A more spacious vehicle would have made the trip more enjoyable.★
