Contacted the Vendor through Trip support and they are responsive in providing the e-confirmation slip. Went to the building of Illuzion at 18:50and there is a staff standing next to the stairs/ escalator at the ground floor with placard ”天星秀“. Walked towards him and he showed that the ticket counter is behind the stairs/ escalators. After showing the e-confirmation slip, go to the basement via stairs. There are free lockers to put mobile, electronic goods as no pictures and recordings are allowed. The staff will pat you to check if you’re cleared to enter the show. It is free seating. The drinks offered are soft drinks, water and beer. The show is an hour and half.

A truly incredible journey to the most beautiful places on the planet. Everything was perfectly planned, the only thing was the delayed transfer, which made us a little nervous, but that's nothing after everything we've seen. I recommend bringing coral slippers for the excursion, if you have them. We really enjoyed everything; the guys on the boat gave us about five bottles of water during the entire trip, and kindly offered us lemonade and fruit several times. There was a full lunch at one of the stops, so don't worry about going hungry. We set sail for the excursion around 9:00 AM, and the last location was Maya Bay, around 4:20 PM, where even then we calmly took lots of incredible photos and saw sharks. This is so you don't worry about getting there super early, as many people say, or worry about crowds of tourists.

Although the journey was long and the trip was long, the vehicle that picked us up from the hotel was very comfortable, and the driver was a very nice Thai guy. The meals, fruits, and drinks were all very well arranged, especially the Lightning cruise ship, which was exceptionally smooth. I was initially worried about seasickness, but I was able to move around freely as the ship remained very stable. The three tour guides were also very helpful. The Sail Rock area was truly beautiful, and the sand on the beach was as fine as flour.
