The organization and preparation by the travel agency was excellent! The hotel was more like a 3-star than a 4-star. Breakfast was very good, but there was no bar as described. That was a shame. The rooms and the hotel itself are visibly showing their age. However, it's very centrally located (city center, transport links, Mariehilfer Straße shopping street) for an acceptable price. Otherwise, everything was great!

Reviews: Vienna: Bus & Schönbrunn Palace Skip-the-Line Guided Tour
Guest User2026-09-19
We had a large group speaking two languages, and before arriving at the castle, it was difficult to understand the guide's instructions. It would have been ideal to have the audio guide system available before arriving at the castle.

Reviews: Vienna: Gerstner KuK Hofzuckerbäcker Baking Show & Tasting
Guest User2026-10-19
Really cool activity and the baker is cute and explains very well. We were only disappointed that we initially received a cold trudel.... It would have been better to warm it up before serving it to the audience. Other than that, highly recommended
