1.United States B1/B2 Visitor Visa

• Suitable for travel/visiting relatives and friends/business purposes.
• Acceptance coverage Applicants whose nationality is China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines or India, who are living in Malaysia/Singapore/UK and have a valid visa(Valid for more than 6 months) or residence card.(If you are an applicant of other nationalities or other places of residence and need to apply for a US visa, you can order a product first and then explain your situation via email.)
• Usually valid for 1-10 years, subject to the consulate's issuance.
• Usually stay within 180 days, subject to the consulate's issuance.
• Usually multiple entry, subject to the consulate's issuance.

2.Processing time:

• The processing time starts from the time all the documents are collected.
• The visa expert will process the application within 1-2 working days.
• Interview (The available appointment time is subject to the consulate's availability)
• The embassy will process the application about 5-7 working days after the interview.

4. Application materials:

(1) Passport Bio page

(2) Scanned copy of the valid visa page or residence card of the country of current residence (valid for more than 6 months)

(3) 51mm*51mm color electronic photo with white background

(4) Photos of both sides of ID card

(5) Visa application form

(6) Business Invitation Letter or Personal Invitation Letter(Business/visiting relatives and friends is required)

(7) Other relevant supporting documents(Subject to email notification)

5. Visa application process:

• Purchase visa services and pay online.
• Prepare relevant materials according to the content of the email sent by the visa expert and send them to the designated email address.
• Visa expert review and operation materials, schedule an interview.
• Applicants bring visa-related documents to the consulate for an interview.
• After the visa is issued, the embassy will mail the passport to the address provided by the applicant. The applicant is responsible for the courier fee. Please check the visa page information carefully after receiving the passport.
• Applicants with Chinese mainland passports who have obtained a 10-year visa need to register for EVUS before entering the United States. (EVUS registration needs to be purchased separately)

6. Instructions:

(1) After the appointment is successfully made, if the applicant needs to change the appointment time due to personal reasons, a fee of US$15 will be charged per time, and a fee of US$30 will be charged per time to modify the DS160 form.

(2) Please note that this service does not include the cost of returning the passport after the visa is issued. Please refer to the consulate for specific charges.

(3) Applicants with mainland Chinese passports who have obtained a 10-year visa should not pay for air tickets and hotel fees in advance before registering EVUS, otherwise you will bear the loss yourself.

(4) The Consulate may conduct a telephone investigation. Applicants are advised to ensure the authenticity of their personal background information, keep their phone lines open, and actively cooperate with the consular officer.

(5) The U.S. and Canadian consulates share visa information, so applicants applying for U.S. and Canadian visas at the same time should keep their personal background information consistent.

(6) During the visa processing period, our company may require you to submit additional documents or persuade you to withdraw your application based on the situation of your documents. The consulate may also require you to submit additional documents based on your actual situation. Please cooperate with us in submitting the additional documents.

7.Refund rules:

▸ Fees paid to the embassy/consulate/visa center are non-refundable.

▸ If the application is refused by the embassy/consulate, no refund will be given.
