How to use

After the supplier issues the confirmation voucher, the QR code voucher will be sent to you via the Trip.com app message interface. Find the corresponding lounge and present your boarding pass + QR code to scan and redeem.

If there are many users on the day, the on-site staff will coordinate the usage time according to flight schedules. Your understanding is appreciated.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 8:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English when placing the booking.

2. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.

3. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.

4. The lounge requires real-name confirmation voucher issuance and cannot be refunded or changed. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!
