This multi-location Australian tour was fantastic! We visited the Dandenong Rainforest, Blue Mountains National Park, and the Great Barrier Reef, experiencing three completely different landscapes all in one trip. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of pace and freedom from rushing.
The Dandenong Rainforest guide was professional, explaining the rainforest's flora and fauna, and we hiked along boardwalks to immerse ourselves in the pristine rainforest air. The Three Sisters peaks in the Blue Mountains offered breathtaking views, and the canyon scenery was stunning. At the Great Barrier Reef, we went snorkeling and saw corals and tropical fish firsthand; the ocean's vibrant colors were absolutely breathtaking.
The driver and guide were both reliable, the vehicle was clean, and there was ample time allotted for sightseeing and photography at each attraction. The only downside was that the sea was quite windy on the day of our trip, causing seasickness in a few people; it's recommended to bring seasickness medication. Overall, the itinerary was well-planned, offering a unique experience of rainforest, mountains, and ocean in one trip – highly recommended!★

The pier was easy to find; we were staying nearby, within walking distance. There were many boat companies at the ticket exchange point; just show your confirmation slip to exchange for tickets. The food was decent. We spent about four and a half hours at the Great Barrier Reef, and did all the activities we wanted. Overall, it was quite a good experience.★

A full-day trip to Magic Reef was the best thing that ever happened to us in Cairns. The boat takes us to a pontoon, and for five hours we enjoy everything we can, snorkeling, diving, a glass-bottom boat, and even a fish-feeding show. We had a delicious lunch with fruit and shrimp. We were touched by the friendliness of the crew; everyone was so nice and ready to help at any time.★

This tour wasn't chosen by many Chinese tourists. We booked a 40-minute small plane ride separately in the morning and this snorkeling trip separately in the afternoon. The one-way trip to the outer reef took one hour and 15 minutes, and the snorkeling trip lasted about one and a half hours. The crew was very patient and communicated entirely in English. They guided tourists who couldn't swim very well throughout the trip, so a relatively high level of English was required.★

Very convenient for elderly people or young kids that can't snorkel or head into the waters to view the Great Barrier Reef. Bring basic swim gears at least even if you're not going for a swim. Worth going for a walk in the waters or a light dip. If you're not keen on buffet on a boat or the restaurant choices, bring your own lunch, or just your own snack to enjoy on the island. Go for a walk on the other end of the island. Different trails to suit different stamina. If elderly or young kids is going, it may be much comfortable to book the return boat /cruise to and from Green Island, the lunch buffet /the lunch package with Emerald Restaurant / food voucher with 1 of the eateries, book the glass bottom boat ride in lieu of the snorkeling, and the semi submarine too.
