I was very lucky to meet a Korean tour guide with the same surname on my day trip to Jeju Island. She provided multilingual commentary in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and English, explaining not only the sights but also various historical anecdotes about Jeju Island and Korea. Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻★

Although we couldn't contact them by email, they picked us up at the hotel on time that day. It was great that we could go to the places we wanted to go according to our own plan! Our guide was Chloe and she is very friendly and professional. Everything was arranged very well. We had a lovely time exploring the impressive lava tube, watching the diving show, picking tangerines, on the beach, etc. Every location is so beautiful and we’re glad we’ve been able to see it. The village chief was one of the highlights, it’s impressive how he learned English and he is so funny. No regrets taking this tour.★

Excursions on MSC ships are very expensive, so I started looking for an alternative. The excursion was wonderful. A couple of days before the excursion, I was added to a WhatsApp group and then sent the guide's phone number. Paul contacted us on the day of arrival and met us at the terminal with a sign. The excursion was private; we were the only other guests in the group. We were given a bottle of water in the car, and we headed out to see the main sights. At each point, we were given time to wander around, and they even treated us to some amazing mandaoine sorbet at the tables. At the market, they recommended things to try. We arrived on the ship on time. I definitely recommend the excursion!
