How to use
Step 1:
 
After purchase,please check the Ticket # located at the top right corner of the 2025 Shanghai Travel Card voucher.
 
Log in to the following website: http://travel.iwen1.com/WebCardGroup/index/en
 
On this website, you can log in using your email address for verification.
 
Step 2:
 
After logging in, click the "Add Ticket" button, enter the Ticket #, the user's name, ID document type and number, and select the desired start date for use to bind the ticket.
 
Step 3:
 
Once binding is complete, click the "View Available Projects" button at the bottom left of the voucher to see all the included attractions for the 2025 Shanghai Travel Card. Select the attractions you wish to book. After successful booking, go to the project's on-site ticket inspection area on the booking date, present your original ID document to exchange the ticket, and enter for your visit!
 
Note: All attractions require at least one day's advance reservation before visiting.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
