1. Product Features
▸ Applicable for business, tourism, family visit, or friend visit purposes to the U.S.
▸ ESTA is generally valid for 2 years or until passport expiry, whichever comes first. Allows multiple entries, with each stay up to 90 days.
Note: For citizens of Brunei and Hungary, the maximum validity of ESTA is 1 year or until passport expiry (whichever is earlier).
▸ Applications accepted for passport holders from the following 42 countries/regions:
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Republic of Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and United Kingdom

3. Processing Time
▸ Document Submission Deadline (based on receipt of all required materials):
(1) Submissions before 16:00 Beijing Time Processing starts on the next business day (submission day not counted)
(2) Submissions after 16:00 Beijing Time Processing starts on the second business day (submission day not counted)
▸ Document processing: Application submitted within 1 business day after receiving all required documents
▸ U.S. CBP (Customs and Border Protection) review: Approximately 1–3 business days
Note: Delays may occur due to system issues, force majeure events, or public holidays. Please consult your visa specialist for holiday-specific arrangements.

6. Important Information
▸ Please ensure you do not currently hold a valid U.S. visitor visa.
▸ CBP recommends submitting your ESTA application at least 72 hours before departure.
▸ An approved ESTA does not guarantee entry into the U.S. Entry is subject to CBP officers' discretion under U.S. law.
▸ Recently, there have been increasing cases of approved ESTA authorizations being revoked. If you already hold a valid ESTA, please make sure to check the status of your travel authorization before departure to avoid any disruption.
▸ A new ESTA application must be submitted if any of the following occur:
(1) Passport or ESTA expires
(2) New passport issued
(3) Change of name or nationality
(4) Change in answers to any VWP eligibility questions
Note: Do not book flight tickets or hotels before the ESTA is approved. Any losses incurred due to early bookings are the applicant's responsibility.
