Mr. Lü was very responsible and contacted me the night before departure to confirm the pick-up time from my hotel. Along the way, he provided interesting background information about the route and upcoming attractions, sharing anecdotes that made the trip engaging. He also actively helped me take photos during the journey, for which I was very grateful. The one-day itinerary was well-planned, allowing me to visit the classic sights of Guilin and Yangshuo within a single day. It was a very enjoyable day trip.

We booked the private Li River cruise and Yulong River rafting tour, and our driver, Mr. Tang, gave us a true 5-star experience. He was perfectly on time, friendly and very kind throughout the day. Besides the cruise and the bamboo rafting, he stopped at several beautiful viewpoints along the way that we would never have found on our own. Those views were among the highlights of our whole trip. He also took care of our luggage and dropped us at our hotel in Yangshuo instead of going back to Guilin, which made our transfer completely stress-free. If you're booking this tour, ask for Mr. Tang. We recommend him 1000%! Thank you for an amazing day!

This small group tour was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Mr. Xie, was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and patient – ​​his service was superb. The itinerary was excellent; we didn't miss any of the highlights of Yangshuo, and the tour wasn't too rushed. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day – a definite thumbs up! I would definitely recommend this travel agency to friends. From initial inquiries to the end of the tour, they responded promptly and patiently at every step, and there was no hard selling of shopping – excellent!

Yes, it was excellent. Mr. Tang was very helpful with our luggage. My family left their backpacks at the Chinese restaurant on Xingping Road, and he promptly contacted the restaurant for us. Everything was great! There were no complicated procedures like in other places. My family of three adults and two children chose a private tour, and the privacy and service were top-notch! I would recommend it to friends. The hotel in Yangshuo recommended by customer service was also excellent!
