Adult tickets are applicable to visitors aged 12 and above.

Visitors aged 12 who are in elementary school are eligible for child tickets.

· This ticket allows booking for up to 4 people, but all users must travel together and cannot board separately. For individual travel, please make separate purchases.

· To purchase and use e-tickets, a smartphone and credit card are required. Visitors are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred during the purchase and use of the tickets.

· E-tickets cannot be used in combination with other tickets or IC transportation cards. They are also not compatible with automatic fare adjustment machines.

· When using, please pass through the ticket gate that supports QR codes.

· If you wish to request a refund before use, please contact the original ticket purchase platform or travel agency. Please note that refunds will not be available after clicking the "Start Using" button.

· Please note that railway operators (activity suppliers) may suspend or interrupt all or part of the e-ticket service without prior notice to travelers due to disasters or other reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

· Even after usage begins, the railway operator (activity supplier) may process refunds for the e-plan tickets provided by this ticket service if deemed necessary.

· If the ticket cannot be displayed due to equipment malfunction, electronic device battery depletion, or unstable communication services, you will not be able to use this service. In such cases, please separately pay the standard ticket fare for the section from entry to exit.

· The ticket is valid for one day from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. Please make sure to click the "Start Use" button after 3:00 AM on the activity day. If you click the Start Use button between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the ticket will expire at 3:00 AM on the same day. Please take note.

· All related procedures shall be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of transportation.
