Antonio was our guide in Bruges. He knew a lot about the history and architectural styles. His pace and volume were very good. Blanca was in charge on the bus and in Ghent. In Ghent, the group was very large, and Blanca should have spoken a bit louder. Otherwise, everything was fine.
