Deepak and Razhim were great. Despak was very knowledgeable and thought about travelers. He added details about ATMs or toilets. He let us know that the next day was a holiday and grocery stores would be closed, so we should shop for the weekend if needed. He gave wonderful information about the experience, but then also thought carefully about being new in another country.

I was here with my parents and it was a lot of fun. We took bus number 78 to the meeting point and were able to wait right there. Our guide was very helpful in keeping the group together. Augin was incredibly nice, funny, and explained everything well – first in English and then again in German. The audio guide at Neuschwanstein Castle was also good. At the beginning, you could choose between the German and English audio tracks. It comes highly recommended.

Where ever we go visit we like to take a Hop-on-hop-off bus to give us an overview of what the city has to offer. It is a great way to sit back and enjoy the sights and get off if there is something you would like to enjoy close up. The directions and commentary in English was a bit difficult to understand and I recommend a correction in English to change saying "next stop" when you really mean "this stop!" We were listening for "next stop" for the English Gardens, but it was actually the prior stop, so we had to ride the bus again to get off where we wanted. Also, it was unclear which bus to take at the beginning. There seemed to be a mad dash to the buses, yet not until you got to the front of the line did you know if the bus was the right one or not.
