On arrival we had a lovely breakfast. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The Marine Biologist (Simi -sorry if this is wrong) gave us a brief about safety and told us a bit about the marine life. The water was pretty rough but we had taken anti sea sickness tablets and were fine. On arrival at the site the cage was lowered and bits of fish thrown out to attract the sharks. It wasn't long before copper sharks arrived. The first group got into wetsuits which were provided. They went into the shark cage for 20 mins. It was amazing with quite a few sharks chasing the bait that was pulled towards the cage so the sharks were right in front of you but the bars made you feel very safe. We then had a lovely lunch and hot showers An excellent video of the trip was available. All the staff were really attentive, friendly and helpful. The company is involved in conservation and support of the local community. Cons- it's an early start if you are being picked up from Cape Town

Amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organised, and our driver was super friendly. We even spotted whales off the coast of Hermanus! 🐋 The highlight was definitely seeing a Great White Shark while cage diving – absolutely unforgettable! 🦈 Highly recommend this tour! I had such a fantastic experience with Cape Summit Adventures! I did the snorkelling and Boulders Beach penguin tour, and it was honestly one of the highlights of my time in Cape Town. He was absolutely great throughout the day — friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. I really appreciated that he only offers small, intimate tours, and in my case it was just me. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and relaxed compared to being part of a larger group. He was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying everything along the way. The snorkelling was a great experience, and seeing the penguins at Boulders Beach was definitely a highlight. I’d highly recommend Cape Summit Adventures if you’re looking for a more personal and authentic tour experience. The small-group approach really makes a difference, and I’d happily do another tour with him!
