The lowest prices on eSIM cards are on Trip. I bought one for Sharm el-Sheikh, and it works great. However, it automatically connects to Vodafone, which is poorly supported in Sharm el-Sheikh and often has no 3G. Go to your SIM card settings, change the network selection from automatic to manual, and select Orange. You'll get full network coverage and 4G/5G anywhere in Sharm el-Sheikh.
