This was my first time using an eSIM, and it was surprisingly easy. I received a QR code via email immediately after purchase, and I was able to quickly set it up at home before departure. I was honestly impressed that I had 5G connectivity the moment I arrived at the airport. While the signal was weak in some parts of the New York subway, it worked almost flawlessly above ground. The day pass system was also helpful, allowing me to save money by only activating it on days when I wanted to focus on sightseeing. I also stopped in Vancouver, Canada for a few days, and the fact that I didn't need to switch SIMs and could continue using it was a major advantage.

We used multiple eSIMs with our family on Oahu during Golden Week in 2026. We mainly used AT&T's network. There were times when the signal was a little weak in the North Shore and in the basements of Waikiki, but overall the signal was good. We also had 5G access at times, but the 5G speed didn't feel particularly fast. We didn't encounter any problems (we gave customer service an average rating because we didn't use it), and I think it's a cost-effective and recommendable eSIM.

Excellent and very convenient service! Everything works well, connection is easy, and it works flawlessly. It's much cheaper than buying a SIM card locally. I definitely recommend it!
