Coverage was good in both Jakarta and Bandung. Setup was easy, and it was much more affordable than using roaming data.

It's convenient. I installed it before leaving Thailand. Once I cleared immigration in Malaysia, I turned on data roaming and could use the internet without any interruptions. I recommend it (the price isn't too high).

Travelling in Bali with my girlfriend and needed service to get from A to B, to communicate with accommodation hosts, making reservations on the go, finding the best restaurants, beaches and cafes all day long. They’re so easy to install that at one point my phone was close to dying I had to hotspot my girlfriend with the little charge I had left to quickly install the same eSIM I have on my phone on hers just so that we could find our way home. It was installed and operational within 3 minutes. Couldn’t recommend it more! I wouldn’t use anything else when travelling.

I bought an eSIM two weeks before my trip to Indonesia—just in case, so I wouldn't have to search for it upon arrival. The QR code arrived right away, but I misplaced it and had no idea where it was stored in the app. I contacted support—they didn't exactly respond immediately, but they sorted it out: they sent me a new QR code and showed me where to check my remaining data. Basically, they calmed me down. And then the day arrived—I arrived in Bali. While the plane was still taxiing, I activated the SIM card. I got off the plane—the internet was already working. No lines, no local SIM cards, no searching for WiFi at the airport. Now I'm using it as my primary SIM card, no issues. Everything opens, the speed is fine. I'll definitely buy it again. The only downside is the lack of a phone number. This is really noticeable in Indonesia: without a local number, you can't register for Gojek, Grab, Shopee, and other apps—they require SMS verification. So if you plan to use a taxi or delivery service, this point should be taken into account in advance.
