Overall, it was a good experience. Special praise goes to our tour leader, Jiang Bin; he was very professional and enthusiastic. One of our group members (Gao Ping) accidentally fell, and Binbin sacrificed his free time to stay by his side, which deeply moved us. I suggest the company commend him. The addition of a few attractions was also excellent.

This was my first time choosing a travel product on Ctrip, and I had a fantastic experience. It was convenient, worry-free, and I had absolutely no concerns, making my trip incredibly enjoyable! I booked my round-trip train tickets through Ctrip, which was much better than booking them myself – convenient, fast, and all-inclusive. I didn't have to do anything. On my return trip, the high-speed rail was suspended in Sanya due to a typhoon, but after contacting Ctrip, they resolved the issue quickly and I received a refund and payment for the tickets. I'm very grateful; they are truly trustworthy. Furthermore, the hotel I booked through Ctrip was the best I stayed at during my trip to Sanya, and it was practically free! I happened to catch a promotion – a super value package with a 100 RMB discount, which was like getting a free night's accommodation with the purchase of two round-trip train tickets. It was incredibly cost-effective and a great deal. I hope Ctrip will offer more promotions in the future; I'll definitely support them more often! Haha~~ Ctrip's service was also excellent and comprehensive, with full-service tracking. There are Ctrip branches in Sanya where you can easily get help if needed, which is very thoughtful. The complimentary commuter tickets and coupons were a nice touch, thank you! Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. I hope Ctrip continues to improve; thumbs up!!

It was great! Five families and five little girls had a wonderful five-day trip together. I was a bit worried beforehand because I'd heard Ctrip wasn't professional, but the arrangements were excellent, and we stayed in the best hotels available. Our tour leader, Ms. Cao, was especially helpful—she was very responsible, kind, and attentive. She even helped us find our lost item at the airport. I hope she'll be our tour leader again next time. The bus was also very large; they arranged seats for fifty people when we were only fifteen—super luxurious!

This was a self-guided trip, and Ctrip was very helpful throughout. Both hotels we stayed at were excellent. The only problem was the airport transfer on our return flight: We had originally booked a 2:00 AM pick-up service, but because other passengers on our return flight needed to arrive around 1:00 AM, we contacted Ctrip in advance to change the transfer time to 1:40 AM. However, the person picking us up didn't arrive until 2:15 AM. The four adults and two children from both families waited in the hotel lobby, and between 1:40 AM and 2:15 AM, we tried calling Ctrip's 24-hour Thailand service, but no one answered. The person picking us up then sped off to the airport like a mad rat; the arrangements were incredibly chaotic.
