Reviews: Tasmania Tasman cruise 3h/Cape Raoul 1.5h [optional departure from Hobart]

The trip itself was fun, the scenery was beautiful, and the tour guide was very enthusiastic. However, this agency called Moke completely ruined the experience. It's understandable that their customer service didn't reply to messages outside of working hours, but they should have at least explained the process clearly beforehand. For example, after arriving at the pier, you should first go to the front desk to sign in and get a wristband. This should have been mentioned in advance. Their customer service was practically non-existent, the information was inaccurate, and they didn't even know my package included lunch. I really don't know what this makeshift team was doing.
