I purchased and used an e-SIM from a Korean U* site, but the local connection was too slow and unreliable, so I purchased an additional e-SIM from Trip.com. The Trip.com e-SIM was much faster and the connection was excellent. I plan to use the Trip.com e-SIM again on my next trip! The price is also much cheaper. Oh, the only slight inconvenience was that I had to process ChatGPT separately to use it, but aside from that, it seems like a good product.

During my stay, I mainly used Google Maps and social media, and the connection was uninterrupted and the speed was sufficient, even while traveling on the subway. The included Japanese guide made it easy to use, even though it was my first time using an eSIM. The fact that I didn't have to worry about swapping out and losing a physical SIM was reassuring, and I would definitely use it again on my next trip.

I opted for the 100GB daily unlimited data plan...! The connection was good, and I felt like I could use it smoothly wherever I was. When traveling abroad, I always worry about data usage, so the more data I have, the better. It's amazing that I can use 100GB daily at this price. Even for someone like me who uses their smartphone an insane amount normally, I only used a little over 3GB from morning till night, so I don't think you'll run out! I would definitely like to rent it again the next time I travel.

I installed the SIM card twice. It didn't work the first time. After that, it worked fine. But, of course, I'd like it to work right away, since having internet access in a new country is crucial.

The eSIM received could connect to the network but wasn't stable. We contacted the support and they issued a different eSIM for us, with different local operators, that worked very well. Overall satisfied with the service, even though we "lost" the first few days of the package before realizing the network hiccups weren't normal and getting in touch with customer support.
