George was an excellent guide for our Beyond Paradise tour .He was very knowledgeable about the tv series and showed us around all the filming locations in Looe which was very interesting. George actually appears in the next series of Beyond paradise as an extra. Look out for the guy with the panama hat. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Looe.

Our guide, David, was excellent. Not only has he lived in the village for many years, but he was also a regular extra in Doc Martin so had some great stories about the filming locations, behind the scenes stories and showed us places we would never have found on our own. We have subsequently started rewatching the show and play 'spot David'. It was a great experience and would highly recommend.

it is definitely not an hour long activity. once you've donned the flight suit and watched the video there's a quick drive to the launch, apply what you saw in the video and you're off. it's a thrilling 40-odd second ride but for the money I would have expected the video to be included. a rather expensive if fun one-off.

Kieran was an excellent guide. His enthusiasm for the geology and wildlife was infectious. He tailored the excursion to the ability of the group (small group, fit paddlers). Our paddle was during a record breaking high tide, so some of the caves were to dangerous to enter, but Kieran brought us back latter in the trip to try again, and he found plenty of things to keep us well entertained. At our beach break, he showed us how to find ancient Devonian fossils of tube worms and coral, then started a fire and we roasted marshmallows! We saw a large variety of bird life, including Peregrine falcons, and cormorants. No marine mammals, possibly, as the tide was so high. He had all the special equipment you might need: dry bags, waterproof phone cases, kayak ‘skirts’ and foul weather gear (which we didn’t need). He has thought of everything and knows the area very well, being a lifelong resident. I highly recommend this trip, and I look forward to a return visit. Thanks again Kieran!
