I prefer eSIMs for international travel, and when I found this one, I was honestly quite skeptical, thinking, "Wow, it's so cheap, is it really okay?" But I figured that at this price, even if it didn't work, I could always buy a physical SIM locally, so I decided to give it a try. In the end, it worked perfectly fine and smoothly throughout my trip, and I'm really glad I chose it! However, there were a few times when I had to put my phone in airplane mode, and after disabling it, the SIM didn't seem to work at all, leaving me completely helpless for a while, which was quite worrying. After turning the power off and on a few times, it started working again, which was a relief. I didn't use customer service, so I'll rate it as average. I was really happy with this experience, and I'll definitely order from them again next time!★
