Great time. It is a must. Martha was amazing, not only a guide but a comic artist also add so much to the trip

Tour says english/spanish. No english on board the boat. Also said to depart around 9:30, no later than 9:50. We departed at 10:10. Boat was fine and the 2 beaches we visited were quite nice. Your claims around 7.5hrs, we left around 10:10 and got back at around 4:30. Means we were cut short around 1hr

One of the best tours I ever did. This tour is super informative, Gustavo was a super guide, passionate about what he does and the environment. We were given lots of information about bamboo, many different plants and of course how coffee and chocolate is made. We went to a beautiful waterfall (but be careful because it’s not as deep as it seems!). The lunch was so delicious and the biodiversity session and chocolate session were fun too (but maybe set your expectations that you won’t be creating a chocolate bar as such, more of a chocolate lump but fun and delicious regardless! Best value for sure, would recommend it.

Saw both local toucans with Sadam. He was very knowledgeable and kept a tally of all the birds we saw and shared it with us at the end of the tour. The pace was very calm, almost all people shoukd be ok with the physical aspect of the tour

Fantastic tour, I highly recommend it! The guide was excellent, with thoughtful touches and insightful explanations. It's all about protecting nature and promoting healthier, more eco-friendly tourism. I definitely don't regret the price. Of course, there are cheaper options, but they're also not as good.
