Very well organized tour. Everything is as being described. Note: this tour is conducted in Chinese only and it was clearly mentioned in the description. A tip for non Chinese speaking travellers (like me), I contacted the provider few daya before and giving my wechat id so that we can communicate with translation regarding the pick-up. During the tour, I did the same with the tour guide. He didn't explain something extra in English, which was expected. But when I asked questions in Wechat, he would answer them. Once the expectation was set, everything worked well with this tour including the punctuality. Hukou waterfall itself is amazing and really worth to take from Xi'an.

Andrea was an amazing guide. Lots of local and historical knowledge shared. My son and I loved having her as our guide. We asked a lot of questions about Xi’an, the warriors and the temple and she answered all of them happily. I would book with her again.

The departure was perfectly on time, and the service staff contacted me one day in advance. The scenery was absolutely stunning. Sunlight streamed from deep within the canyon, refracting into colorful light and shadows that wove together into a dreamlike and gorgeous view.

I was very satisfied with the trip. Mr. Sun drove very smoothly and at a steady speed. The tour guide, I think it was Xiao Guo (not sure if I heard correctly), provided very detailed service, explained things in a very organized manner, and covered a lot of ground. He was meticulous, patient, and unhurried, and made responsible arrangements. The attractions on the itinerary were historically significant and worth seeing. I highly recommend it, and I hope everyone visiting Xi'an will join this tour. I highly recommend booking the three representative attractions—Qianling, Maoling, and Famen Temple—together, as they are on the same route and won't waste any time. I also have two small suggestions for the tour operator: First, could the group meals be changed from table service to individual servings (boxed meals)? I'm not used to eating with a dozen or so strangers, and almost no one uses serving chopsticks! Second, could the bus charging ports be changed from two USB ports to USB + Type-C? Nowadays, most phone chargers use Type-C plugs, but the bus is full of USB ports, which is a bit of a shame, considering it's a full day trip!

A well-organized tour. We were picked up from our hotel, which was very convenient. We had a tour of the Terracotta Army, a delicious lunch, and were taken to Huaqing Palace. The day ended with a magnificent performance of "Song of Sorrow." The entire group of 10 people took charge of us, as we were the only ones who didn't speak English, and the tour was in English. The tourists were from Singapore, Seoul, and London, and everyone was very friendly. We recommend the tour, especially if you speak English. We used a translator.
