Guide Zhang provided excellent service, was enthusiastic, and offered detailed explanations. Aside from Jiuxiang, where the itinerary was slightly rushed due to the local package ticket process, involving cable car rides, boat trips, walking, boat rides, and hill climbs, the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable under Guide Zhang's guidance!

One of the most enjoyable trips I've taken was to the Stone Forest, a historical site with breathtaking views among the rocks. The cave itself held surprises, such as a cable car, a boat ride on the river, waterfall views, and the opportunity to explore the cave's interior. The tour leader was incredibly helpful and patient despite our lack of language skills, explaining everything clearly. She also assisted me with non-tour-related matters like phone calls and other things.

I ended up being the only person, and it was fine. After getting picked up, we went to the stone forrest. Very interesting and while I had time, I probably would have even liked more to see everything, but I did get a good idea of things. Then we went to the cave, which had a gondola, boat x2，and then walking through the caves. Not too busy which was great to experience everything. I recommend the company I was with, I had support and felt looked after.

I booked a small group tour through Ctrip, and the driver arrived at the hotel on time. She was very friendly, a skilled driver—fast and steady—and the itinerary was well-planned. During the 2000 Spring Festival, the World Expo made Shilin incredibly crowded! This year, I specifically booked a day trip during the off-season! The driver picked me up from the hotel at 9:30 am and even gave me complimentary bottled water! We had three hours to explore the Shilin Scenic Area! We arrived at Dounan Flower Market a bit early, but I managed to eat the most delicious black truffle rice noodles, and we even witnessed crepuscular rays in Haiyan Village! It was another worthwhile day!

A+++++ Excellent communication! Joe arranged a car with a driver quickly. The car was very clean and comfortable. The driver was excellent, patient. Helped us with tickets and also explained to us how to navigate each of the sites. The day turned out longer than expected due to the amount of walking especially to see the caves. I highly recommend this service. If they offer in other cities, I would use them again!!
