This was an English-language tour, so a certain level of English proficiency was required. The domestic travel agency was their downstream partner, and they didn't notify us the night before. When we called the domestic agency, they explained that foreigners don't usually join WeChat groups, so we had to find the pick-up location ourselves. In short, the domestic travel agency's service wasn't very good; they need to improve their service awareness. Fortunately, the guide and driver from this British-owned Rabbs company were very helpful, and everything went relatively smoothly.

A very comfortable tour. The driver/guide was an elderly gentleman, very dedicated, and immediately began introducing Manchester's history upon boarding. He provided commentary throughout the trip, demonstrating excellent driving skills and extensive knowledge. The three-hour-plus estate tour in the afternoon was very enjoyable.
