We contemplated doing this experience for a few days before we eventually decided to do it. It was probably one of the cooler experiences we got to do in Taiwan. We eventually decided to do it because we didn’t have enough time to explore a lot of Taiwan so we thought this would be a great idea to “see” a little bit more virtually. It was very organized and everything went smoothly! Easy to book and get tickets pretty much right away when you get there.

I was interested in the guzheng and had a great time. The teacher spoke Japanese and English and was very kind. The room was clean, which was nice. I would like to try it again with a different song next time! They also take videos and photos, so you can have a great memory of your trip!

It was a shame that the market stroll was canceled due to the typhoon. Alex's explanation was very easy to understand, and I learned a lot from his talk about the history and origins of the dishes, in addition to how to make them. I also enjoyed interacting with the other participants. I hope that you will add more Taiwanese sweets to the menu for the next lesson. Thank you very much.
