We had a very productive and culturally enriching day with our guide Yenifer, who made all the difference. The tour is well worth it. My only criticism is of the agency, as the communication is a bit poor and slow. The confirmation of the time and information about the pick-up were only sent the day before, late in the afternoon. I think a little more organization and advance notice would make sense.

Everything went great, except for the force majeure related to the lack of transfer on the day of the excursion without warning and the subsequent nervous negotiations about rescheduling the excursion for the next day (fortunately, there was a day to spare).

If you only have a day to go to Machu Picchu this is a good option, just make sure you know all the logistics ahead of time cause you have a lot of transportation to take.
