Reviews: Antigua: Stingray City, Long Bay Beach & Devil’s Bridge

We had a great time visiting Stingray City. Our guide Marco was super knowledgable and friendly, providing a lot of information before we arrived at Stingray City. We spent a good hour and half at Long Bay Beach which is a gorgeous beach with a reasonably priced beach bar to grab a drink. Snorkelling was only ok but the water was lovely and clear turquoise. Then once at Stingray City the guys are all super friendly and passionate about the stingrays, the speedboat out to see them is nice and quick and the area the stingrays are is beautifully clear and there are plenty to see. You can get an opportunity to hold one which we didn’t do but it’s great just having them swim around you, they’re amazing! Only warning is when feeding one, don’t hold the calamari too close to yourself else you might end up with a love bite on your leg as I did! Even with that I’d still thoroughly recommend the trip!

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this tour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our entire trip! Capt. Crystal was our tour guide and we couldn’t have been paired with anyone better. Her knowledge, passion, and love for Antigua shined through every story she shared. She taught us so much about the island and its history. Capt. Jake stayed with us throughout the day, taking pictures, helping us on and off the boats, and constantly making sure we were having the best experience possible. Capt. Sunil took us on a guided walk down Long Beach and was the sweetest soul, sharing even more of Antigua’s history with us. The excursion itself was INCREDIBLE. The stingrays, tortoises, birds, and iguanas were absolutely breathtaking. A million thank-yous to this entire team—their hearts are truly golden. If you’re visiting Antigua, BOOK THIS TOUR! You will not regret it! 🇦🇬❤️
