After arriving at Kansai Airport, we were taken straight to the car hire office, where we hired a car for 14 days – there were absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever. The car was a Toyota Aqua hybrid – an older model, mind you – but, surprisingly, it had one major advantage: its fuel efficiency. We drove 1,800 km on various roads and only needed to fill up three times; this model really does use less fuel. Choosing this model was a sensible decision for us. Returning the car was quick and straightforward. The staff at this company were polite and attentive.

It was a bit disappointing that I didn't get the car I wanted when I made the reservation. It seemed like I received a model from about five years ago, but there were no issues with the car itself. The staff were generally friendly. However, the attitude of the employee who mentioned that the cost was too low during the return process was regrettable.

Although the car was a bit old, it worked perfectly, so for the relatively inexpensive price, it was very reasonable overall. Five-star review! Highly recommend this car rental/transfer service! The car I rented in Japan this time was in perfect condition. The Subaru Levorg I received was clean, tidy, and extremely well-maintained! The airport pickup process was very smooth, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The Levorg's handling and EyeSight active safety system made driving on highways and in tunnels particularly reassuring, and the trunk space was more than enough for our luggage. The staff at Kansai Airport were very punctual and professional in their car handover/transfer service. Overall, a perfect service experience, I will definitely choose them again next time I'm in Japan!
After a long flight, it was such a relief to walk out of arrivals and immediately spotted the driver holding a sign with my name. He greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and immediately helped me with my luggage. The car itself was spotless, air-conditioned, and very comfortable—perfect for recovering from a flight.
