3 Stars Hotels in Region Of Murcia, Spain

Firstly we would not say this is a 4 star hotel, possibly a 2 star however, we paid €60 per night (plus €15 per night parking) in mid July for a double room on the 6th floor and we thought it was good value for money. The good things first, staff were exceptionally friendly with the front desk always manned. Our room was large and airy with good air con and the bed very large and comfortable. Location is perfect for the town centre which is a 10 to 15 minute stroll away. Things to improve on …. The allocated hotel spaces in the underground parking are exceptionally tight - if you have a car bigger than a Ford Focus you will probably struggle to park here. Despite exchanging emails on different subjects before our visit they never told us that improvement work was being carried out on the hotel; you don’t even get told on your check in - there is just a sign in the lift. Consequently, when we were woken up in the morning at 9am with the sound of jack hammers we were not impressed. Our room on the top (6th) floor was very dated and certainly looked nothing like the rooms shown on their websites. The double glazing had no effect in stopping outside street noises especially the street sweeper at 6 am. The bathroom is not vented nor has an openable window, there are no cups or glasses of any type supplied in the room; free tea and coffee is available in the foyer. There is no bar or restaurant in the ‘4 star’ hotel though a continental breakfast can be purchased. So, would we go back or recommend this hotel - strangely yes if the price stays the same and they complete the renovations.

Stayed for four nights with an EasyJet holiday package. Great location. Cafes, restaurants and little supermarkets very close. Room was basic, but very well maintained. After all, you only sleep in it. All staff are very friendly and approachable. I definitely would stay there again if I were to visit Murcia again. 20 minutes to and from the airport in a taxi 29 euro each way.

Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. La cama era de las dimensiones indicadas, pero el olor de la habitación, era insufrible. Cuando llegue, las ventanas estaban abiertas de par en par, luego eran conscientes de ello. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

This used to be the La Cumbre hotel and had been looking somewhat tired for several years. Now the hotel has a fresh new look thanks to Ramada. Only opened early June 2022 and despite a few teething problems with new staff being trained when we were there I am glad we chose this hotel. Perfect location centre of resort, 10 mins walk to the beach shops restaurants. Just be aware after a night out you have to walk back uphill. Can be a bit tiring. Many thanks to the staff who found one of bags left behind.

I recently stayed at the Cetina Hotel Murcia and for a 2-days visit of Murcia it has the perfect location. Also, breakfast buffet presents a huge variety with top quality products. Rooms, especially bed and pillows are very comfy! Enjoy your stay at Cetina Hotel!

The hotel was clean, in the room lacked the coffee shop as it was in the description. The large bed, the pad a little hard, the nice coats. The regular bathroom, we ordered a shower but we got the bathroom. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

El estudio está bastante completo para pasar unos días, de poner una pega sería que la vitrocerámica tarda la vida en calentar y el aire va a su ritmo. El resto fantástico, limpieza de 10, un olor a limpio en zomas comunes muy agradables, los jardines y piscina muy limpios y estupendos. El coche lo tienes aparcado en la misma puerta de la entrada al edificio del estudio, así que sí sales de paseo luego tienes donde volver a aparcar. Repetiremos seguro. PD. We spent 5 nights in room 330 and loved it. We had the biggest bed I have ever been in, an enormous bathroom on the quiet side of the hotel, big windows with quite a nice view. The room felt like a home from home, was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best and unexpected things is that the hotel has a cafe/restaurant attached called La Posada which is open to non residents and plenty of Spanish people pop in for morning coffee or to meet their friends so you feel part of the life of the country around you. We didn't plan to have breakfast at the hotel but it turned out to be the best option because the choice and atmosphere was so good. We ate supper on 3 of the 5 evenings in La Posada and would thoroughly recommend it for quality and value for money. This hotel is under 10 minutes walk to the famous harbour, minutes from the bus station and a very easy walk to all the main tourist attractions. It is at the edge of the old port city so you get the best of both old and new worlds. This hotel suited us perfectly because we like to be in a hotel which feels local/family run and feels a part of the community around it. If you have dinner in the hotel I would recommend the seasonal salad to start and one of the fish options for the main course. PS We flew into Murcia International airport and the most practical way to get to Cartagena & the hotel is a taxi for around 45 euros which takes under 30 minutes. There is a big taxi rank when you step outside the airport.

Positive: The hotel has a beautiful ”old atmosphere”. Most of the general space on the first floor (where we stayed) I personally found very atmosphereally decorated. The hotel room itself was also applied to the ”sphere”. Lifts in place. Free parking on the street. Great tram connection to the centre of Granada (20 minutes) Good breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel! Improvements: Unfortunately, in our room only high windows without view. There were no lamps in the bed lamps, so only a large light in the room. The bathroom has a problem with fungi in kitnadens, which is a very big deal, and I hope that something will be done soon! There was no reception staff behind the check-out bar. We sounded the clock twice and waited a while. Then the key was put through the lock in the screen. (Payment was already arranged).

The apartment was great! We were in the top floor and the views were amazing! The apartment is perfect for holiday, short or long as you have fridge and the kitchen to cook. I was very impressed with the bathroom as it is very comfortable and plenty of space. We had a balcony and it was very good to hang the towels outside. We did not try the gym or the restaurant so I cannot say much about it. The surroundings are great, they have a minigolf and also a playground for children which is very good for family. The outdoor Swimmingpool looked great but we didn’t go either. Near the hotel there are bars, restaurant and shops to buy food, very handy. Lo lo

The photos display on the website of this hotel are not from this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either. Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho! The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out. Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.

I recently stayed at the Cetina Hotel Murcia and for a 2-days visit of Murcia it has the perfect location. Also, breakfast buffet presents a huge variety with top quality products. Rooms, especially bed and pillows are very comfy! Enjoy your stay at Cetina Hotel!

My wife and I recently returned from a long weekend at the Zenit in Murcia City. The hotel is certainly situated right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, museums and other places of interest all within easy walking distance. My wife has mobility issues following quite a bad long term ankle/leg injury, so it was good to see that the hotel had a machine to take wheelchairs up from the reception level floor. A chair was also placed in the shower for her to use. We stayed for three nights, and enjoyed the breakfasts: A range of options - English and continental - were provided, though the quality of the food did (in our opinion) change somewhat according to who was the chef/cook on duty. Staff were courteous and attentive on all occasions, whether they were based in reception or in the breakfast area. The chief drawback to the stay was the size of the rooms. - We stayed on the second floor in what was an extremely small, hot room where there was just enough room to squeeze between the bed and the wall. Nevertheless, all the usual facilities, along with a couple of minor surprises, were provided, including toothpaste, chocolate and minibar provisions (at a reasonable price) though there wasn't enough space between bed and bar for the minibar door to open properly! All in all, a satisfactory stay, with some drawbacks, in a very central Murcia City location.
