The staff were cheerful and friendly.
I think the water pressure was also an issue, but when I told them about my clogged toilet, they came right away and, as it was nighttime and a repair shop couldn't be arranged, suggested I move rooms.
There were public toilets on each floor, so it wasn't a problem that I didn't have to move rooms.
The location was also good, and I had a pleasant stay.
Kaikora hotel was absolutely astonishing from the meals down at the hotel - which I definitely recommend, to the lovely Alexa in the room to give you just the information you need. Sudima hotel had an amazing heated pool with a breathtaking view of the mountains and beach beside. You can save some money if you book directly through the hotel website after subscribing as a Sudima member.
We enjoyed our four nights at this motel. It is well maintained, friendly and runs very smoothly. We found our unit had everything we required to meet our needs. Much thought has gone into the successful running of this business. Providing fresh towels for the hot pools and bike storage were some of the standout features for us. We would certainly stay there again
The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is new, and the small terrace has a great view. The restaurant facilities are very convenient. The food is very good. I would recommend it to my friends. It is also the first choice for accommodation in winter for skiing.
Absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. The atrium was absolutely stunning and a great spot for photos of our cosplays before heading over to the convention center which is wonderfully close by. Loved having my coffees on the balcony. 10 out of 10!
The beds in the twin room were spacious enough; one bed would suffice for a family of three or even four. The room itself was quite large, featuring a corner sofa area that was perfect for organizing luggage and other belongings.
The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find, as the name and logo weren't very prominent, leading us to drive around in circles a few times. If you're driving, I'd recommend doing some research beforehand to familiarize yourself with the surroundings.
The restaurant downstairs at the hotel served excellent food. If you're planning to go for brunch on the weekend, I suggest making a reservation in advance. In the evening, the handcrafted cocktails were top-notch.
The hotel offers a small bottle of milk and chocolate, as well as free bath towels for the spa. The bathtub is a jacuzzi and the bed is quite comfortable. It is not very convenient, there is no elevator, the price is five diamonds, but the overall feeling is similar to the domestic four stars.
Matuka Luxury Villa is only about 4 kilometers from the highway. The trees of different colors on the high-speed road to the front of the villa are like a beautiful gallery, pleasing to the eye. The villa is very exquisite, the owner is warm and friendly, the rooms are warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The first time you place the order, you will receive a greeting email and warm reminder from the owner. The owner will introduce and do his best to help the guests. The stay experience is different but not lost to chain brand hotels. It is the most beautiful and best accommodation in Tweizer in my mind. It is highly recommended!
From Queenstown to Christchurch, I stayed in this old building from 1917, which was renovated by the University of Canterbury. The interior has obvious signs of renovation, and it is quirky and gorgeous, surrounded by art centers. The hotel is small and exquisite, and has a special style. The design and decoration of the room are very beautiful. It is only a 10-minute walk to the mall, which is very convenient.

Very Good
GGuest UserI was a bit disappointed. I was expecting this to be a 5 star place, but there were a lot of things that were definitely not 5 stars. The robes were grey and didn't cover bigger people. One of them had pilling all over it, I didn't want to even wear it. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, so if one person got up to the toilet in the middle of the night, it woke the other person up. There were instructions on how to use the spa bath, but not on how to put the plug in. It didn't just plug in normally. We weren't able to use it on our first night which was very frustrating as it was one of our main attractions. I rang housekeeping the next day. Someone came and had a look and said that you had to turn a know on the side of the spa, how would anyone know that? The lock on the door to outside was broken and a small slide lock had been put on. Why not fix the main lock? I used the toilets to the side of the library and when I washed my hands, the tap was all loose and wobbled round. All these things are little but show that the lodge needs to have things fixed or updated. For $300 per night, you expect the best. The worse thing was on our last morning, we got to breakfast about 8:45, the restaurant closes at 9:30 am. There was continental and scrambled eggs and bacon. At about 9:00 am they stopped bringing out anymore bread to toast. No more croissants, eggs or bacon were brought out. There were about 6 tables with guests and everyone kept going up and checking, but they didn't refill. People were saying, they must have run out of food! But for some reason the waiter kept lifting the lids to the egg and bacon to see what was in there, but of course there was nothing as he hadn't refilled it and he was the only waiter!! I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend it, unless you are getting a really good discount.

GGuest UserMy husband and I were together for the winter holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We can’t say enough the host or hospitable the premises were nicely appointed. It was located close to a beautiful botanical gardens as well as a beautiful college campus as well as stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend anyone who would stay in the area to stay at this place. Be aware that it is not a hot breakfast.
