It was cute, is a nice place, great location , the staff could be nicer, and at breakfast they had only few cakes, things that you can make a sandwich with, and coffee and juice, pretty much that was all, no eggs. Overall was a cool stay , I didn’t had more options except this place for my date and I paid like 66€ for 1 night, which I found it a bit expensive for a hostel.

A stylish hotel, conveniently located just off an alley next to Granada Cathedral. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the common areas were very spacious. They reportedly host regular rooftop parties, which would be great for social butterflies, though there's an extra charge to attend. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection and the taste was average, but it was enough to fill you up. The coffee was awful, but for only 6 euros, it's incredibly good value. A nice touch was the complimentary box of drinking water provided on the first day of our stay. Luggage storage is free on your check-in day, but there's a 3-euro charge for storing bags after check-out.

The Room was good clean and comfortable, the attached bathroom was very small, felt uncomfortable when credit card details were asked along with the expiry date, even though full payment was done. Aminities wise it was lacking as there was no provision of hot water, or any one for immediate response as there's no reception for this hostel. Felt safe. Close to the tourist attractions.

Excellent location, literally at the door of the cathedral! The hotel decorations are old and impressive. Feels like you are staying in history. The room is bigger than what we expected. Definitely would recommend staying here!

➕
• Good location, everything is close and quiet. The railway station is about 20 min. walking distance.
• Quite big, clean and nice room with an AC
➖
• Shower needs to be changed. No shelf for a shampoo or anything else. The water temperature is changing randomly from boiling hot to cold, not stable at all
• You need to learn how to open a door with a special technique, it’s annoying.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the room was clean and tidy. Its location is incredibly central, perfect for exploring the city, and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. For the price, it offers excellent value, especially considering the convenience and overall quality. Ideal for short stays as the room is quite small if you're looking for a reliable and budget-friendly option in the heart of town.
Very basic lodging what I didn't like was the construction outside my window and 8am and that I had to check in the other Arc hotel 6 min walk away. The courtyard was nice but I wish they didn't have the automatic lights or at least the light switch for those who what'd to be outside after dark. Service was nice and they hold your bags. Overall not bad and not the worst.

CClaire MThe location of Don Alfredo is unbeatable!!!
You basically fall out of the hotel and into the old town of Marbella. That said, the hotel is not one of the newest and it's a bit rocked down, but still well kept. The room was very basic but clean, as was the bathroom. We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room anyways, so for our purposes it was perfect for a quite affordable price! 😀
The staff was kind and helpful and in the morning they brought coffee according to our wishes to the dining room table or also to one of the tables right outside at the entrance of the hotel. Coffee was great, but breakfast was not very impressive, so we only had a little bite, but always took some fruit from the fruit bowl 🍎🍏🍊
Parking outside the hotel was a bit difficult, but not far there was the possibility to park for free, just needed to circle a bit sometimes and get lucky with a spot getting empty right in front of us ... Altogether, we enjoyed our stay a lot ... The old Castillo de Marbella was right in front of the hotel and there was a little resto named El Rincón de la Muralla that would seat you right beside the Castle wall - very romantic at night! 💕 After dinner there, we only had a few steps to take to get into bed and enjoy a good night's sleep ...
As for the pictures, only the first one is showing the hotel, the rest are pictures taken in the old town Marbella, super close to the hotel - and just to prove how great this location is! 😎

GGuest UserLooks good on the surface, but there's absolutely nothing there.
I knew there weren't individual curtains for each bed, but there aren't even individual lights. Someone turned off the lights and went to sleep at 9 PM, so I had to use my flashlight to get around. There's only one power outlet, and no USB ports.
The hangers in the locker for the bunk beds are too high; it's difficult for an average-height woman to use them. It's winter, and I have a lot of clothes to hang... Ugh. I only stayed one night, so I just left them as is.
The washbasin has no door, and it's a motion-sensor light, so you have to turn it back on repeatedly while washing your face and brushing your teeth.
The shower room door has an open space above it. This means your shower routine and sensitive sounds are broadcast for free (yikes!). It was so uncomfortable that I just wanted to quickly wash my hair, but there was only a rain showerhead, so I gave up and left. Since it's a rain shower, Koreans bringing shower filters won't be able to use them.
There's no hairdryer provided as standard.
Seriously, just sleep here and nothing else...
I have no idea why this place has high ratings. As for the location... Seville doesn't have much to see, and everything is walkable, so unless it's in an extreme outskirt, I don't really see any locational advantage.
GGuest UserThe hostel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Cathedral and other attractions. Seville's Plaza de Armas bus station is also nearby. The hostel beds are comfortable, with power outlets, personal lighting, and curtains for each bed. The kitchenette is spacious, with a refrigerator, microwave, and even a toaster. The staff was friendly . The hostel has a terrace on the roof .
MM3596****We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Seville. The hotel was opposite a cathedral, and the small square next to it seemed to be the bus terminal; about ten buses stopped there at night. The receptionist spoke English and patiently showed us to our room, explaining how to use the key card lock. The room even had a kettle – a surprise for Chinese tourists! We booked two rooms. One had a cramped bathroom but a spacious and quiet bedroom facing inwards. The other bedroom was slightly smaller but had a spacious bathroom, though it was a bit noisy due to the bus stop across the street. Overall, it was a well-managed hotel with good facilities.
SSOFIEPYPERconvenient location to bus and train stations. room was adequate. the only complaint I had was the low water pressure in our shower at 830am.
great front desk workers answered many questions we had.
GGuest UserIt was a mixed bag, really. As a single room, it was spacious enough and quite clean. The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and close proximity to major attractions. The staff were also good.
The downsides were that the hotel gave me a terrible room. It was on the first floor, very close to the reception hall, with a small room for a vending machine to its left and a large workroom opposite. This made the room incredibly noisy! You could hear tourists talking, but mainly the staff pushing carts and talking, and the sound of water running in the workroom! Staff would even arrange items right outside my door with their carts – can you imagine all the chatter and cart noises right outside my room?
Secondly, the facilities were quite old, especially the bed. Just turning over would make the entire bed shake... felt like it was going to collapse...
The showerhead's switch was faulty; I had to press it hard every time to turn off the water, but then the showerhead would fall off.
The rotary air conditioning dial on the wall was a bit difficult to operate. It would only work below 20 degrees Celsius; if I set it any higher, it would automatically stop.
Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very poor.
Overall, it felt more like a lodging house you'd see in a TV drama.
AAdrienneAEThe hotel owner was super nice - he got my friend an iron and hair dryer on her request and even drove us to El Puerto de Santa Maria when we were waiting for the bus in the rain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily.
That being said… the hotel is in a quiet, residential area and there are only a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, toward the Valdelagrana beach. However, we were there in March, but I’m sure more is open during the summer months. It also gets quite cold in the rooms in March, so if you’re afraid of chilly room temperatures you might want to look for some place with central heating or space heaters on site. Also, transportation comes infrequently and shuts down early - like at 10, 11 pm - so allow some time and do some research when you’re ready to leave the area ot the hotel.

GGuest UserBrand new glamping, just opened. Kitchenware, room, beds, bathroom... everything brand new. Lots of staff to look after you and all 10/10 in attention and friendliness. A great animation group with 4 boys, who despite the bad weather, went out of their way to improvise activities. There are no caravans and no cars can access the interior, so the tranquillity is enormous to relax for a few days. We will definitely return, because it was a 10/10!!
