Well I love บางแสน as a fishing village/ resort mainly visited by Thais. Totally disagree with some of the earlier reviews, but I guess they love Pattaya and I don’t. To find a place that’s not over touristed by farang etc is not easy, but here it is. The East end of the beach is a working fishing village, quieter and more downmarket. So relaxing and natural. As to the hotel; do get a sea view room if you are doing more than an overnighter. It is cheep overall and so well worth a couple of hundred baht extra for the magnificent seascape view. The hotel is very basic. No tea making facilities, room safe, frilly pillows etc , but it’s very clean, in good decorative order, new linen and a very comfortable bed and blackout curtains. If you want the extras pay more and go to a mid price range hotel. You can’t have it both ways. The road outside was quiet. We experienced no problem with noise. Food can be delivered but there are lots of good local coffee shops and eateries. Do try “Eat Steak” just round the corner. Fantastic value and really well cooked food, both Thai and simply cooked meats (yes, with chips!) to suit any taste. Breakfast is available at 3 or 4 places overlooking the sea less than 2 minutes from the hotel. I came here for 2 days and stayed 5!

perfect stay.. i booked 2night and plan to go bangkok the third day but end up extend 1 more night.. location is tiptop, very clean, reception very friendly.... the hotel area also instaworthy. best part is you can make own coffee anytime while watching tv.. internet connection very fast. i will definately choose this hostel if i comeback to pattaya

Beautiful room, exactly as described, wide balcony. Good service, location ok. Under the building there are restaurants, shops, laundry, convenient. At the entrance of the alley, there are a lot of places to eat, there is 7-11. The air conditioner is small and doesn't cool the entire room. Little parking Towels are old, black, with many stains. The housekeeper doesn't really care. to clean Overall good, very OK. Value for money 7/10

The hotel looks new, clean and the price is very good value. Good location, next to the main road, easy to travel and looks safe. But the mattress is a bit hard. Will definitely go again.

Prime Time Boutique Home, good location near Bangsaen Beach. Conditions inside the room are clean. Overall, if you're just staying for one night, it's not bad. The hot water and air conditioning are very strong. For room reservations, a breakfast buffet is provided. Service is good. All basic breakfast items are provided. We were very impressed with the breakfast. Because there are many lines to choose from. Eat until you're full. Overall, the room price including breakfast is very good 👍🏻👍🏻

'Z BY ZING', is an honest place to stay, most particularly for the budget and location conscious, tourist spending time in lovely Jomtien Beach. I really enjoyed the flexible attitude to reasonable service requests, as well as the quiet acoustics and expanded space, in my studio room. It is an easy, flat, five (5) minute walk to the beach, with heaps of; dining, drinking, entertainment, shopping and spa places (see my YouTube), occupying the surrounds.

The rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable, there is a swimming pool, there is a fitness center, and the service staff are very good. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the accommodation.

The Garden Resort is on Soi Naklua 12. Naklua is old Pattaya and very different from the bars and shows part of town. That said a baht bus can take to the entertainment centre within 15 minutes, if you feel the need. This part of town is like being in the country side. The Garden is off the main Soi (side street/alley) and it is incredibly peaceful. Within 5 Minutes walk you can find at least a dozen bars and restaurants all are very much cheaper than in downtown Pattaya. The Garden is made up of a number of rooms and rooms with a living room. It is comfortable, has free WiFi and a charming pool area. It is not a swanky joint, but is simple, friendly and safe. The rates are incredibly cheap and so if you need a simple, honest, comfy place to stay while in Pattaya, this really is the place to go. I just love this place and the area, and promise you you will not be disappointed you stayed here.

This is my second stay here, it's an inexpensive place but a comfortable, well equipped room with AC, flatscreen tv, fridge, water cooker...good wifi too...the relaxing pool (with jacuzzi!) is a nice bonus in this price range...friendly staff

Nice friendly staff and clean room big fridge I love this place its located up pattaya klang up by big c good location fridge in room full of cool beers. also you can get food cooked for you at a reasonable price ....I had a extra stay due to this pandemic and flights cancelled but I will be back one day Thailand I miss you 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Last time stop here about 5 years ago. Since then made a renovate, add hostel dorm rooms. It look way better now. At lobby have a restaurant with thai cuisine WITH STREET PRICES!!!. If you want some english breakfast or like that - no problem but then pay as in regular restaurant. I've stayed in a single and it was good. Cleaning as regular as you put ”please, make my room clean” sing on a door. Furniture in not new but i'm not the person who care about stuff like this. No bugs, no mosquitos and i'm happy. Only 2 things bother me: 8-10 am some works inside a hotel or nearby. Somebody at corridor speak each other like on the street every day. Outside my window was on locals houses and thais wake up when farangs lay down to sleep, so...if you not sleep deep, then you not sleep at all. Oh, in my room air con barely works but enough for me not to feel hot, but for others it can be a problem, so check it when check in. Because of location - there is no problem with anything. It's literally in the middle of Pattaya. For guests ID-card on reception. No add charges. Notice: check in time - 2 pm. I've been lucky they has clean prepared room. Dude, right after me waited 4 hours for his room.

For this price this place is good .. we got room no 317 which s road n beach faced window ... room service is perfect n friendly staff .. we had to checkin early n they did well .. perfect location to access everything... this is my 2nd time ..had good memories ...

We checked into room 101 at 0300h on 26 Jan 20. The room just makes the cut for a budget hotel, however two basic premises irrespective of tariff of a place, were lacking viz. Hygiene and hospitality! I had read a review where the customer was charged for blood stains on his linen, which he claimed weren't made by him. I had therefore checked the bed for holes and stains (any kind), found a few holes and promptly took photos for a time stamp. We crashed and woke up in 4 hours after an overnight flight and drive. When we woke up and stepped out of the blankets, we found a big blot of clotted blood near the foot of the bed (where the blankets are firmly tucked in). It was on my side of the bed, I didn't have any cuts on my feet and most definitely didn't engage in any sexual activity. On complaining, the receptionist (an old hag) was extremely rude and threatened to call the police if we didn't pay for it. When I dared her to call the police, she backed off and said she would change the bedsheets but other customers were priority and we had to wait for an hour. When I reiterate that it was disgusting to lay on others filth, she pretended not to understand English. We packed our bags and left right away, forfeiting our payment for two nights. She didn't seem bothered about that either and scoffed when I said I would write a review befitting their service. This seems to be a scam as they are ready to threaten you with police and have a tailor made reply, which came without them batting and eyelid. A terrible experience indeed an this place should be banned from all booking sites as they lack basics of hospitality industry.

The price is reasonable. The location is next to the main road and there is a motorcycle taxi next to the hotel. So it’s very convenient to travel to another place. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean. I stay there for one night and everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The air conditioner can't be adjusted. There is no remote in the room. Air conditioner water drips onto head Regarding the cost of the additional bed, it has already been paid but has been collected again. You should check carefully before charging more.

Cheap accommodation, 6 foot bed, blankets a little thin. The air conditioner is cool and very private. Will come back to stay again when there is a chance.

The place to stay is very clean, the maid service is good, I would like to see the housekeeper, Khun Nong and Khun Dao as well, the housekeeper here is good, and the staff in front of the counter. Nong Kwang is excellent impressive service. I recommend it here. For people who travel to Uttara to work, try to use the service here. Very impressed 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Location is good with very clear signage at night on the main road. Plenty of parking spaces. Security staff is very generous, in which he directly bring us an umbrella as it was a bit raining when we arrived there. Receiptionist is very friendly. The hotel building seems still brand new and clean. It is also equipped with 1 lift/elevator and common area, where they sell cup noodles and other snacks for breakfast. The room is equipped with a small desk only on 1 side of the bed. There is also 2 glass bottle of drinking waters. Wifi is stable and super fast. TV only shows local channels. There is a small balcony, where the outdoor AC unit is placed. Bathroom is clean and equipped with a small electric water heater. No electric kettle for drinking tea/coffee is provided, although there is a small fridge in the room. Not much soundproof for the room, but we can still sleep tight because the bed is comfortable.

Conveniently located on major highway. Newly built hotel with clean, spacious rooms and covered parking. Friendly helpful staff. Big C market next door for purchase of food and drinks. However, no elevator.

The accommodation is very close to Burapha University, 5 minutes walk to Loei. The owner is lovely. There is an iron to borrow service as well. Common items can be used, such as dishes, spoons, microwaves, affordable,recommended
