The hotel is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from the Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Xiaonan Church. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches like complimentary, unlimited bottled water. It was impeccably maintained. The entire room is smart-enabled and comes with a mini-fridge and even a foot bath! It's truly excellent. The service attitude is fantastic; we were running late for checkout and they kindly allowed us a free extension. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive; they even deliver takeout right to your room and provide free access to the prevention and control system. The view from the 26th floor is already stunning, offering a great perspective of Taiwan. Everything was exceptional. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly satisfied.

I chose this hotel because it's near the hospital where I was staying. The location is excellent, and the room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and the overall service was really good. The front desk staff even upgraded my room for free, and they have hot water available at the reception. The hotel is affordable and very clean, offering the best value for money among all the hotels in the area.

We had the best views of the Yalu River, Broken bridge and the friendship bridge from our room and could look into North Korea with binoculars. The binoculars in the room were a thoughtful addition. Mr. Huang Rui at the Reception desk was very helpful. He helped us with transport and restaurant recommendations and kept checking in on us from time to time. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was really small and congested. However, the breathtaking view made up for it. So, no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at Hanting Hotels before on business trips, but this time I stumbled upon this hotel and it was surprisingly better than both Hanting and Atour Hotels. First off, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's location is also very convenient, offering great value for money. The cleanliness far exceeded that of the Hanting and Atour Hotels I've stayed in previously. There was no dust on the desk, not a trace of odor in the bathroom, and the bedding was very comfortable. I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Plus, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, all disposable toiletries are individually packaged, and the entire room features a voice-controlled smart heated toilet. For a lazy person like me, being able to control the lights and curtains from bed is incredibly convenient. The TV in their hotel room is also large and doesn't require a membership; you can even cast your phone screen to it. The in-room Bluetooth speaker has excellent sound quality. I had to catch a high-speed train the next day, and it was only a 10-minute walk, which was extremely convenient. Getting to attractions like Zhongjie Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion is also very easy. Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street, perfect for shopping, is right near the hotel. The front desk staff are all very attractive, and both the gentlemen and ladies were wonderful. The cleaning aunties were also very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service. The rooms have underfloor heating, so it's not cold at all in winter. The negative ion air conditioning keeps the air in the room very fresh. The environment is truly outstanding, just fantastic. There are also many great restaurants around the hotel, and they offer free underground parking. There's a free 24-hour laundry room and a gym available for use. I extended my stay by one day, and the auntie even disinfected my room. I stayed at this hotel for a few days and felt quite comfortable. The service was very attentive, and messages were replied to promptly. Every evening, they would even send a notification for the next day's temperature. Traveling alone, I didn't have many specific needs, but receiving those messages was quite heartwarming. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the facilities were well-equipped. They even gave me hand warmers at check-out, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place! I didn't expect it to suddenly snow in Dalian; the snowy scenery was beautiful, and the seaside snowscape was even more stunning.

Great location, right on Middle Street. When you're tired from exploring, you can just pop back to rest. Middle Street itself has plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were great. They even offered complimentary drinks. We were given a room with a nice view, and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The late-night snacks were also quite good. The elevators can get a bit busy sometimes, and the toilet flush power could use a slight improvement. I'd definitely choose this place again when I come to Shenyang.

This hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The location is excellent, right outside you'll find the subway and a bustling shopping district, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It offers amazing value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city. Highly recommend it to everyone!

This is a well priced for a quality and a very well located hotel I n the center of Shenyang. It is metres away from restaurants, food halls and maintain station. The service of relation manager , Bessie is beyond compared. From the check in and to the check out, she is there to help foreigners. Her command of English is excellent and her knowledge of the area is tremendous. She can advise you for your needs and show you directions. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers visiting Shenyang. The room is large, and cleaned everyday.

This was my first stay and I was extremely satisfied. I've stayed at Ibis many times, and it's always great. The service attitude is super good, and the front desk staff are lovely. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find great food. It's really close to all the attractions. The room was very clean, and the environment was comfortable and cozy. The bedding was spotless. You can even store your luggage after checking out. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend it!
